2022 update
Westgate is available to hire for community use, dining, events, meetings and classes.

Westgate Chapel became a registered place of worship
in 1700 and is a home for social action
​ and community engagement including:


​the Oyster Project charity
holders of the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service (QAVS)
​

Radio Lewes CIC (Community Interest Company) 
​
plus many local community support groups, charity 
fundraisers and classes

​Westgate is available for community hire - click here

The Chapel is available in 2022 for dining events including the new professional kitchen.

Westgate is also known as Tom Paine's Chapel, and is maintained and run by volunteers of the Westgate Chapel Congregation, Westgate Team Ministry and the Westgate Chapel (Lewes) Trust a registered UK charity
